A few years ago, I learned about The Giving Keys and their mission. I love the concept behind these keys, which is that you wear it until you meet someone who needs a fresh reminder and then you give them the key to embolden them to step forth in this season with this word as their anthem.

Rak Chazak (Hebrew for Be Strong and Courageous) became the battlecry of the people back in Moses' day, and in the last year I have found myself saying it over and over as well. I want to remember that my strength and courage come from the Lord, always.

My prayer is that you’ll wear your Rak Chazak in days when you feel weak and discouraged so that you will be refreshed and recharged for all that you may be facing. I believe that this key will remind you where your strength and courage comes from. My hope is that it will spark conversations and opportunities for you to encourage someone else to live out the truth of Rak Chazak. -Steve Carter

From The Giving Keys: At The Giving Keys, we encourage you to embrace your word and then Pay It Forward to someone who needs it more than you when the time is right.
